Denim skirt with built in belt

Amazing vintage skirt by 'Nolita NYC'. This skirt would better fit someone with narrower hips relative to their waist. The belt detail has zero stretch as it is leather.

Waist measures: 15.5 inches flat and the hips measure 17 inches Flat

Very good vintage condition.
