Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not processed your order yet, we will be able to cancel it for you. 

 

Return Procedure

If you wish to make a return, you must contact us first to inform us of your intention. You must do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that unauthorised returns will be rejected. 

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. International returns are not accepted.

 

Return Process

Once you have contacted us and received approval for your return, please securely package the item and send it back to us. Upon receiving your package, you will be issued with store credit, which can be used towards future purchases on our website. 

 

Refund Policy for Order Issues

If your order has issues such as missing, incorrect, or faulty items, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. In such cases, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method. 

 

Product Condition

Please note that all items available for purchase on our website are second-hand and may show signs of wear. We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each item in its listing.
