Does shipping include customs fees or duties?

No — shipping costs do not include customs fees, import taxes, or duties.

If you are ordering from outside our home country, you may be required to pay customs or import charges upon delivery. These fees are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

If customs fees are not paid and the order is returned to us, we are unfortunately unable to refund original shipping costs.
